Fitness Training
Moms, dads, business professionals: If you are looking for some fitness training specifically tailored to your needs, you’ve come to the right place.
Coach Cliff, aside from football, is also the epitome of fitness training. He began his Personal Training career 15 years ago in Bangkok where he had been a fitness instructor for the JW Marriott Hotel, Polo Club, The Racquet Club and Fitness First in Bangkok.
One-to-one training
This is what Coach Cliff specializes in. Over the years, he trained business owners, professionals and busy mums who need the motivation to lose weight and stay healthy. You can train in the comfort of your own gym or backyard.
You will be given a fitness evaluation before starting the program and will be asked which areas to focus on and which ones to avoid.
Some of the coaching services he can provide include basic boxing, TRX training, muscle and core strengthening, and more.
Group training
Coach Cliff also does training sessions for a group of at least 6 people. He is able to do boot camp, which involves strength and endurance exercises using weights, TRXs, battle ropes.
He can do body pump, high-intensity workouts with the use of weights in repetitions with music in the background.
You can do some boxercise classes with your friends, this is a great cardio and abs workout to the tune of house music.
UK-qualified, with years of experience in Thailand
Aside from his personal training qualification from the UK, Cliff also acquired Sports Injuries Training Certification by ACE from Fitness Innovations Thailand.
Cliff trains himself on a regular basis and is highly disciplined in terms of his schedule and appointments.
During his spare time, he runs, 10 km with an average goal of under an hour. He also cycles around the city for about 50 km.
